I am starting this blog with the hope that I can help people all over the world (especially my fellow small town friends) learn about various health and fitness topics. By no means do I consider myself an expert, but I will try my best to dig through the myriad of information and break it down into something useful for you. My goal is to focus on getting us back to the lumberjack lifestyle, becoming truly fit, eating essential healthy foods ourĀ great grandparents ate. Simple workouts using body-weight, and compound lifts with heavy weights.

My quest for learningĀ and understanding of all things health & fitness has given me a wealth of knowledge that has taken years to accumulate. My goal is continuously learn and share with you all: Interesting articles, new products, supplements, workouts, diets, you name it - I want to learn more and share it.

My goal of this blog is really to help people learn about something that could change their life. If I can look back on this and see that I helped changed one person's life, then this will have been a success.
